Slice of the Blue Mountains

On Bells Line of Road, (yep that's the road's name) there's a quaint little place where you can experience Aussie country. "Pie in The Sky", not to be confused with the commonly named shop in Olinda in the Dandenongs, serves exactly what they advertise, heavenly Aussie pies. My personal favorite, being a dessert person, is their freshly baked apple pies with ice cream on top! The apple filling is made from freshly picked apples from the farms along the same road. Make a trip out of it by going fruit or apple picking before you reward yourself with a few pies from this little town treasure in the Blue Mountains town of Bilpin.
